Appreciation New Year's Eve

Potluck Costume Party

We invite you and a friend or two or three

to join us

as we Celebrate the past and embrace the future!

Friday the 31st of December 2010 at 7pm to 1am

Come at anytime and stay as long as you want, Just would love to see you all!

Come as you are, or dressed as your favorite alter ego from the past and let your soul shine. Wear anything from 200 years ago when the Native American Indians roamed these lands, up to the 1980's. Or just wear a cool hat or goofy outfit. That's only if you want to have the most fun ever. You should have something old in your closet or attic or basement or garage or car. But, if you can't find anything you like, the best place to find great old stuff is the Village Thrift Store and/or Mr. Funs. They have really cool old style attire. You can rent their stuff very reasonably and they have a great friendly and helpful staff. Also, make sure you wear comfortable dancing shoes, because we will be dancing till the cows come home.

We're planning an old style potluck dinner. Food will be out all night long. Or until it's all gone. But, don't worry we have Hot Dogs, Beans and S'mores for back up. So, come anytime and stay as long as you want. But, we warn you that once you're here you'll never want to leave.

But, where's the beef?

Don't worry, we got that covered. Large pot of sauerkraut & pork for good luck. A Big Smoked Bird and some Roast Beast, Bison pot roast. Anyone planning to attend and/or staying for more than a minnow (minute), It sure would be nice if you could bring a side dish or desert or just some bread and water or something like that. It would be totally appreciated.

What about the drinks?

Oh, no we forgot about the beverages, Not.

We have some big punch bowls for that. One with Spirits in it and one without spirits, other refreshments too. BYOB For any other drinks you might want to consume.

What about the tunes?

The tunes will start about sevenish. You'll be entertained with a musical journey through the ages with some music trivia. The front porch makes for an outstanding dance floor. You can mingle and reminisce with friends about the past. Or dance like no ones watching you, it's up to you. For everyone else we'll be playing some old school cards and board games.

For those of you that make it to Midnight, Champaign and Sparkling Grape Juice or Coffee for all. After that you all are on your own. Till, the sun comes up, then you really have to go. Unless you're here to Make breakfast and help clean up. Or are staying for football. Then you really really have to go. Lol

RSVP if you could... Kathy 330-990-8377,Tim 330-475-5594

Just need to know how much stuff we'll need.

Please party responsibly and respect the Manor or we'll have to kick your butt to the curb.
